JSB bijoux Ltd. is one of the largest leading jewellery manufacturers and distributors in Czech Republic.
Our production is divided into two main technologies. The method of tin alloy centrifugal casting and soft soldering of tombak.
We are able to produce almost any shape of brooches, badges, pendants, key rings, earrings or other components and ornaments with the centrifugal casting method.
For soft soldering we use tombac alloy metal parts (copper and zinc). With this method we produce various strass brooches, earrings and bracelets which can be either very simple or very rich.
All products are galvanized when Rhodium is most commonly used (nowadays the finest and most permanent plating) but also gold and silver can be used. Furthermore, the product can be plated with “old-galvanization” such as a vintage silver, vintage brass or copper. An unusual plating, which we can use, is anthracite or pink gold.
After the plating the products are most often pasted up with Swarovski or Preciosa crystals. Otherwise they can be painted with a special colour.
However, customers can also order products in a raw state to do the plating by themselves or to use no stones.
Our portfolio includes about 50,000 designs which can be made with different colours of crystals or platings.
We are also able to produce a design according to a specific requirments if the customer does not choose anything from our product designes.
